đź’¨ Abstract
Congress leader Rahul Gandhi has written to Union Health Minister J P Nadda and Delhi Chief Minister Atishi, highlighting the plight of hundreds of patients and their families living on the footpath and subway outside AIIMS, Delhi. He urged the governments to address this "humanitarian crisis" and strengthen the public healthcare system in the upcoming budget. Gandhi also accused the Centre and Delhi government of showing insensitivity towards patients.
