💨 Abstract

Ghaziabad Police have arrested Zaved Meerpuria, a 32-year-old scrap dealer, on transit remand for smuggling stolen radio equipment abroad. He was intercepted at Indira Gandhi International Airport by Delhi Police while attempting to flee to Dubai. Meerpuria confessed to stealing radio receiver units from mobile towers and supplying them to Nepal and China through scrap bills.
