💨 Abstract

Goa Pradesh Congress Committee general secretary Olencio Simoes has been charged with stalking and threatening a woman in Margao city, Goa. The woman accused Simoes of blocking her way with his vehicle and making threats on January 7. Police have registered an FIR against him under relevant sections of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita. Simoes is also the general secretary of the National Fishworkers Forum.
