Abraham, a former civil servant and CEO of Kerala Infrastructure Investment Fund Board (KIIFB), is under investigation by the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) for allegedly amassing disproportionate assets. Abraham has professional achievements including drafting legislation for KIIFB, exposing the Sahara scam, and pushing through academic autonomy for state-run colleges. He was granted cabinet status in 2021.
