Union Minister Manohar Lal Khattar has not given a timeline for the implementation of the Master Plan for Delhi-2041, which was sent for notification in 2020. The plan aims to make Delhi a 24/7 city and promote sustainable development. The delay in its implementation has stalled key policies like land pooling, green development area norms, and in-situ slum rehabilitation.
