💨 Abstract

In response to a bus accident that killed two students and injured 21 in Kupwara, the Jammu and Kashmir government has imposed a ban on picnics by schools and colleges on weekends and holidays. Education Minister Sakeena Itoo also ordered the installation of CCTV cameras and fire safety tools in school and college buses, as well as stricter enforcement of traffic laws, to improve student safety.
