💨 Abstract
A high-powered committee investigating allegations of Indian involvement in attempts to kill a Khalistani separatist has recommended legal action against an unnamed individual. The probe was initiated after the US claimed an attempt was made on Gurpatwant Singh Pannun's life by Indian agents in New York in 2023. The committee, which received full cooperation from US authorities, found evidence of criminal links and antecedents of the individual in question.
