An AAP MLA, Chaitar Vasava, and 20 others have been accused of attacking a restaurant owner in Gujarat's Narmada district. The incident occurred on September 16, and the police registered a case against them the following day. The FIR states that the attack took place after the complainant was asked to settle a restaurant bill. The accused are facing charges for rioting, unlawful assembly, and intentional insult, among others.
