On April 3, the mortal remains of 18 victims of a firecracker warehouse explosion in Gujarat's Banaskantha district were cremated on the banks of the Narmada river in Madhya Pradesh's Dewas district. The victims included 10 from Dewas and 8 from Harda districts. The explosion killed 21 people, including 5 children, and injured 6.
