A man posing as an OSD to the CM was arrested in Gurugram for threatening the SDO of the electricity department to remove electricity poles. The man was also jailed for duping people of Rs 57 lakh in Panchkula by using his alleged political influence to help them get a petrol pump. Two separate cases of cheque bounce are also pending against him.
