💨 Abstract

Tarlochan Singh, a former Rajya Sabha MP and Sikh leader, criticized the idea of memorials for the late Manmohan Singh, former Prime Minister of India, as it conflicts with Sikhism's teachings on equality and collective remembrance. He suggested instead setting up a school of economics or administration in his honor, as physical memorials are not part of traditional Sikh practices.
