Senior Congress leader Ramesh Chennithala, in-charge of Maharashtra, stated that the political situation in Maharashtra is different from Haryana and the outcome of the Haryana polls will not impact Maharashtra elections. The Congress, part of the Maha Vikas Aghadi, is confident of defeating the current government and is ready to release its manifesto soon.
