💨 Abstract
The Congress' Haryana in-charge, Deepak Babaria, has offered his resignation following the party's defeat in the Haryana assembly elections. He made the offer to the party high command soon after the results were announced but no decision has been communicated yet. The Congress has formed a fact-finding team to ascertain the reasons for the defeat and has also raised concerns about discrepancies in Electronic Voting Machines (EVMs).
