💨 Abstract
The Delhi High Court has directed the Delhi government and police to create a comprehensive action plan with a detailed Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for handling bomb threats and emergencies in the national capital. The SOP should outline roles and responsibilities of all stakeholders, ensuring seamless coordination and implementation. The court noted that digital threats are a global issue and agencies must focus on deterrence and swift action against perpetrators.
