💨 Abstract

The Kerala High Court has directed a Special Investigation Team (SIT) to probe the use of alcohol and drugs on Malayalam film shooting sets and other workplaces, in response to a PIL about the Justice Hema Committee report on harassment and exploitation in the Malayalam film industry. The court also asked the SIT to protect the identity of victims and take necessary steps to contact and record their statements.
