The Allahabad High Court has dismissed an appeal against objectionable comments made by Swami Rambhadracharya, a seer, targeted towards the Dalit community during a religious event. The initial application for an FIR against Rambhadracharya was dismissed by a special judge for SC/ST cases due to lack of specific offence under the SC/ST Act, IPC, or IT Act.
