The Delhi High Court has issued a notice to the All India Tennis Association (AITA) regarding a petition challenging its election, alleging non-compliance with the Sports Code. The court has directed that the election result will be subject to the outcome of the petition and the election's publication has been temporarily halted. The matter will be heard next on October 14.
