💨 Abstract
The Punjab and Haryana High Court has quashed the Enforcement Directorate (ED) arrest of Haryana Congress MLA Surender Panwar in a money laundering case. The court said there was "no material" with the agency to substantiate that Panwar was involved in the offence. The court also ordered the ED to take reasonable time for investigation and not perpetrate unnecessary harassment.
