In Manipur's Thoubal district, two individuals were arrested and narcotic substances, including brown sugar and heroin, were seized from their possession. A search operation at Wangmayum Barul Alam's residence uncovered 3.9 kg of brown sugar, several soap cases containing suspected heroin, and codeine bottles. Unaccounted cash of Rs 1.14 lakh and pharmaceutical capsules were also seized from another residence.
