💨 Abstract
The Himachal Pradesh High Court has temporarily halted the state government's plan to transfer 112 hectares of land from Chaudhary Sarwan Kumar Agriculture University, Palampur, to the tourism department for a tourism village project. The interim order, passed in response to a public interest litigation, directs several government officials to file their replies by October 17.
