💨 Abstract
The Kolkata Airport has, for the first time, welcomed the Airbus Beluga XL, the largest aircraft in its series. This upgraded version landed at the airport on Tuesday night from Bahrain International Airport. The aircraft is transporting essential aircraft components from Toulouse, France to Tianjin, China, and is parked on J1 bay. The Kolkata airport is the only suitable one in Eastern India to accommodate this type of aircraft.
