Hyundai Motor plans to use a record $3 billion IPO proceeds from its Indian unit to enhance research, develop new cars, and transform India into a manufacturing hub for emerging markets. The IPO, India's biggest ever, will involve the South Korean parent company selling up to a 17.5% stake in its Indian division.
