💨 Abstract
The Indian Coast Guard evacuated a critically-ill, 68-year-old patient from Lakshadweep, diagnosed with acute COPD and respiratory failure, using a Dornier aircraft. The patient was taken to a hospital in Ernakulam, Kochi, for further treatment, as part of the ICG's consistent support to the Lakshadweep Administration and islanders.
