💨 Abstract

In Manipur's Imphal East district, an Improvised Explosive Device (IED) was discovered outside the house of Md Iliyas Khan early on April 16. Police believe the IED was intended as a threat to Khan and his family. An investigation is underway to identify those responsible. The IED was neutralized by a bomb disposal unit around 7 am.
