đź’¨ Abstract
The Supreme Court of India questioned the Army's rationale for having fewer women in the Judge Advocate General (JAG) branch, despite claiming the posts are gender-neutral. Justices Dipankar Datta and Manmohan noted that if women can fly Rafale jets in the Air Force, they should be equally represented in the JAG branch.
