IIT Indore has developed an affordable and compact device for early breast cancer detection, especially beneficial for women in rural and remote areas. The device, based on Photoacoustic Spectral Response (PASR) technology, aims to save lives by detecting cancer in its early stages at a cost significantly lower than traditional diagnostic methods.
