💨 Abstract

The Jharkhand High Court has suggested referring the issue of alleged illegal appointments in the Jharkhand Assembly to the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI). The issue was raised during a hearing of a public interest litigation (PIL) regarding purported illegal appointments in the Assembly. The court is examining a PIL filed by Shiv Shankar Sharma, who claims appointments were made through corrupt and backdoor methods.
