💨 Abstract

The Delhi High Court on January 24 noted an "inordinate delay" by the AAP government in laying CAG reports in the state assembly. The court refused to direct a special sitting of the legislature, deeming it impractical so close to elections. The court also questioned a petitioner on their right to demand public CAG reports on Delhi's governance.
