BJP MLA Surender Shourie has written an open letter accusing the state government of stalling developmental work in his Banjar assembly constituency in Kullu district. He claims that only six inaugurations and foundation stones have been laid in the last two years, with one rural road scheme, one bridge, and two disaster-related bridges being the only exceptions.
