💨 Abstract
India's top product certification agency will investigate Ola Electric, a leading e-scooter maker, over service standard and product issues due to an unusually high number of complaints received by the Central Consumer Protection Authority (CCPA). Ola responded to the initial notice by stating they had resolved 99.1% of the complaints, but the CCPA has now requested a detailed investigation by the Bureau of Indian Standards.
