💨 Abstract
Infosys, India's second-largest software company, has filed a counterclaim against Cognizant in a Texas federal court, accusing Cognizant of engaging in anti-competitive practices and poaching key executives. Infosys alleges Cognizant includes clauses in contracts that stop clients from awarding IT services work to competitors and refuses them training on its software.
