đź’¨ Abstract
The Congress accused the RSS of threatening intellectual integrity in premier universities with conspiracy theories and infantile name-calling. Jairam Ramesh, Congress general secretary, criticized a book discussion held at Delhi University, attended by the Vice Chancellor, as non-serious politicking. He also condemned the new UGC rules, claiming they aim to promote such politicking on campuses.
