đź’¨ Abstract
In Jammu and Kashmir, 23 government employees were suspended and six ad-hoc and casual laborers had their services discontinued for participating in election campaigning. The Chief Electoral Officer stated that this was done to ensure transparency during the ongoing assembly elections. Additionally, 20 more employees were transferred due to complaints of partisan behavior. Previously, 21 employees were suspended during the second phase of elections for similar reasons.
