Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu has been accused by opposition leader Jaganmohan Reddy of being responsible for a stampede in Tirupati that resulted in six deaths and numerous injuries. Reddy claims that the police were deployed for Naidu's tour, leaving no personnel for crowd management, and that this demonstrates a lack of concern for the safety of the devotees.
