💨 Abstract

In Jharkhand's Simdega district, an 8-year-old girl was allegedly raped by her 20-year-old cousin, who was under the influence of alcohol. The incident occurred on Monday night at a closed Anganwadi center. The accused attempted to strangle the girl but was caught by two passersby. The girl was sent for medical examination and the accused was arrested.
