💨 Abstract
The West Bengal-Jharkhand border, closed due to flooding caused by Damodar Valley Corporation (DVC) releasing water from its dams, has reopened for the movement of trucks for inter-state trade. Thousands of stranded trucks have started moving, but it will take time to clear the queue. The closure affected emergency services and the transport of perishable goods.
