💨 Abstract
The Enforcement Directorate has launched a money laundering investigation in Jharkhand, linked to alleged irregularities in the implementation of the Jal Jeevan Mission scheme. Premises connected to an IAS officer, government officials, contractors, and businessmen are being searched as part of the probe. The Jal Jeevan Mission aims to provide safe drinking water, and assembly elections are expected soon in the state.
