💨 Abstract

The Jharkhand High Court has stayed the termination of Dr Rajendra Kumar, Director of Rajendra Institute of Medical Sciences (RIMS), by the Jharkhand government. Kumar challenged his removal by the Health Minister and claimed that principles of natural justice were violated. The court has directed the state government to file a response and the matter will be heard again on May 6.
