Jharkhand Land and Revenue Minister Deepak Birua has directed officials to develop advanced software to prevent land-related disputes and corruption. The aim is to stop re-applying for deeds on the same land, which leads to the creation of fake deeds and illegal mutations. The minister expressed concern about corruption from fraudulent deeds and its contribution to pending mutation cases.
