💨 Abstract

Jharkhand's Topchanchi lake area, located in Dhanbad district, will be developed as a major tourist hub to attract visitors. The 33-acre surrounding land will be developed with a resort, junction, plaza, activity park, central park, nature park, motorsports park, music park, food plaza, cafeteria, boating, go-karting facilities, among others.
