In the Jammu and Kashmir assembly elections, the National Conference-Congress alliance is leading on 46 seats, while the BJP is leading on 23 seats, according to initial trends. The PDP is ahead in three seats, Independents in eight, and other parties like BSP, CPI(M), Peoples Conference, and DPAP are leading on one seat each.
