💨 Abstract

A 16-year-old gang rape survivor in Kasganj, Uttar Pradesh, recorded her statement in court. Eight men have been arrested, and two are being pursued through property attachment proceedings. The survivor identified the eight accused, and authorities have provided her with financial assistance, enhanced security, and CCTV cameras at her home. The police have deployed armed guards, women constables, and additional security personnel for round-the-clock protection.
