💨 Abstract

Following a deadly terror attack in Baisaran Valley, Pahalgam, tourists have left or cancelled trips, causing a deserted look. However, Kashmiris are protesting, using a slogan originally coined by a BJP leader to condemn the attack. Protests, marches, and strikes have been ongoing across the valley since the attack. Kashmiris are speaking out against the violence, despite a history of fear and retribution for doing so.
