💨 Abstract

A first-year MD medicine resident at King George's Medical University attempted suicide by jumping off a hostel building. The student, originally from Kanpur, is receiving critical care at the university's trauma centre. Preliminary findings suggest dissatisfaction with her job may have led to the suicide attempt. Police and college authorities are investigating.
