💨 Abstract
Forest officials in Kerala's Sabarimala caught a king cobra from the premises of the Lord Ayyappa Temple, amidst the heavy rush ahead of the Makaravilakku festival. The snake was the first king cobra to be caught from the shrine premises, as per official reports. Intensified surveillance was already in place due to the previous snake sighting.
