💨 Abstract

The Metro Railway in Kolkata is awaiting approval from the Commissioner of Railway Safety (CRS) to commence operations on the Esplanade-Sealdah stretch of the East-West Metro's Howrah Maidan-Sector V corridor. The CRS inspected the stretch and expressed satisfaction with its readiness for passenger service.
