💨 Abstract

On the first day of the new year, over a million people visited the 12th-century Jagannath temple in Puri, seeking blessings from the sibling deities. Puri Police ensured safety with strict security arrangements and 70 platoons of personnel. Devotees entered the temple through the Lion's Gate and exited through three others.
