A four-storey building collapsed in northeast Delhi on Saturday, killing 11 people, including the owner and six of his family members. The last rites were performed on Sunday. The building, which mostly housed families, was located in the Shakti Vihar area and many of the victims were related. Authorities are clearing the debris and investigating the cause of the collapse. A case has been registered against the owner for negligence.
