💨 Abstract
A 19-year-old woman has accused a technician at LNJP Hospital in New Delhi of sexual assault, leading to his arrest. The victim, who knew the accused for the past four-five months, recently discovered that he was married. The case was filed under Section 64 (rape) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS), and the accused was taken into custody.
