A leopard is suspected to have taken a goat in Bhareri area and killed a mare in Sargoon Lachho village. Forest authorities are taking action and have appealed to residents to avoid venturing out alone at night and keep pets indoors. Two leopards have also been sighted in Sujanpur Tira area.
